These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Torvexil platform ("Platform"), operated by Torvexil ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By registering for or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Description of Service

Torvexil provides an AI-assisted cryptocurrency trading platform that combines market monitoring technology with transparent trading controls. The Platform enables you to monitor, analyse and execute transactions in Bitcoin, Ethereum and other supported digital assets. Our AI-assisted tools provide informational support and risk controls but do not guarantee outcomes or eliminate market risk.

3. Risk Disclosure and Investment Warnings

Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of capital loss. Digital asset markets are highly volatile and prices can fluctuate significantly within short timeframes. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The AI-assisted features of the Platform are designed to support your decision-making and apply risk parameters, but they cannot predict market movements or prevent losses. You should only invest capital that you can afford to lose entirely.

The information and tools provided on the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their outcomes. We strongly recommend seeking independent financial advice before engaging in cryptocurrency trading, particularly if you are uncertain whether such activity is suitable for your financial circumstances and risk tolerance.

4. No Financial Advice

Torvexil does not provide regulated financial advice, investment recommendations or portfolio management services. The AI-assisted monitoring tools, analytics, risk controls and educational content available on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. Any signals, indicators, notifications or automated actions configured by you remain your sole responsibility. You acknowledge that you make all trading decisions independently and at your own discretion.

5. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and account maintenance;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, two-factor authentication methods and API keys;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing and tax reporting;
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited purpose.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the Platform to engage in market manipulation, wash trading or other abusive trading practices;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other user accounts or our systems;
• Introduce viruses, malware or other malicious code;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any component of the Platform;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, algorithms, user interface designs and AI models, are the property of Torvexil or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including cryptocurrency exchanges, wallet providers, payment processors and data providers. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. You acknowledge that any transactions executed through third-party exchanges or services are subject to their terms, fees and operational risks.

9. Fees and Charges

Use of the Platform may be subject to subscription fees, transaction fees or other charges as set out in our pricing schedule. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform following fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

10. Platform Availability and Modifications

We strive to ensure the Platform is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Platform at any time without liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torvexil, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data or cryptocurrency, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform exceed the fees paid by you to Torvexil in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or £100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Torvexil and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process on the Platform. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or for other operational reasons. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us before initiating formal proceedings.

17. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Torvexil regarding the Platform.
